Fixed Fee Advice and Representation - £500 plus VAT
Motoring Lawyers can offer a range of legal services, depending on the circumstances of your case, including :
- Providing advice about papers which you may have received (without subsequent representation at Court)
- Providing written representations on your behalf to the police, Crown Prosecution Service or Court
We will offer a clear fixed fee at the outset of your case, for any work which you want us to do. Our fixed fee pricing means that you can be sure that you will not incur mounting legal costs for defending you case. If you are a prosecuted for an offence and subsequently acquitted, it may be possible to recover some or all of the costs which you have paid to us.
Our solicitors are available to meet you at your convenience to discuss your case and take you through legal proceedings step by step.
Our expert driving lawyers will provide you with realistic advice regarding your plea and if you wish to plead not guilty we will give you frank advice as to your prospects of success at trial. We are also happy to build you case and represent you for trial.
